Sport Specific Training

Our coaches are former athletes, intimately familiar with the daily grind and stress put on athletes at every level. No matter your sport or event, we will train you to be a more efficient, powerful, and resilient competitor with focused speed, strength, agility, and mobility training.


Through military and NCAA experience, the coaches at Liberty have had extensive leadership training and offer one of a kind motivation and performance training. We will be there for you every step of the way as you push yourself harder than you ever have before, break down barriers, and skyrocket your confidence.

Functional Exercise Testing

No matter your end-goal, we will establish baselines via functional exercise testing and body composition measurements, then test them periodically to track your progress and improvement.


Education in nutrition is incredibly important for any athlete to have success when undertaking an exercise program. Our coaches will provide detailed advice, guidelines, and ideas to help keep you on track, dispel the myths, and catalyze your progress.


One of the most misunderstood things by most athletes, both novice and elite, is supplementation. Our partnership with Advocare allows us to provide top of the line lab tested products that you can be sure contain the ingredients on the label and will help boost your energy levels and performance both in and out of the gym.
