SCS-360 Classes Begin
Join Sara McNaughtan every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 AM for our brand new group fitness program: SCS-360: Strength & Conditioning with Sara. Consistent attendance at this class is guaranteed to shred fat and build lean muscle. Each day will incorporate total body movements in all three planes of movement in order to encourage a healthy, balanced aesthetic as well as 360 degree functionality. Tuesday will have an emphasis on lower body, Thursday an emphasis on upper body, with each day consisting of compound strength movements as well as conditioning. If you are looking for an all-encompassing fitness class or you are ready for a lifestyle change, this is the class for you!
