The Liberty Standard

 

Join us this Memorial Day for our annual gym-internal competition, The Liberty Standard! We will run two flights this year, an AM and a PM flight, and of course the mimosas and good cheer will be flowing as always. We’ve created our very own points standard for both men and women (all weighted equally) for the following 7 events:

  1. 3 Cone Stack (Agility)
  2. Kneeling Med Ball Throw (Upper Body Power)
  3. 1 Rep Max Mammoth Deadlift (Total Body Strength)
  4. Bodyweight Squat for Reps in 60 seconds below parallel (Lower Body Endurance)
  5. Standing Split to Waist Ratio (Flexibility)
  6. 1600 meter row (Cardiovascular Endurance)
  7. 7 Round Sled Push for distance, 23 seconds on, 7 seconds off (Phosphagen Recovery)
