Mental Performance Workshop

Join us in our first ever Mental Performance Workshop with Dr. Jenna Ross on 12/09 from 6-7:30pm! This 90 minute class is focused on helping athletes of all ages build the mental skills necessary to maximize their physical performance.

Dr. Jenna is a Mental Performance Consultant, specializing in sport psychology and clinical mental health counseling. She is also a veteran, a pro bodybuilder, and mother of two daughters. Her philosophy is that “the mind is the strongest muscle in the body”. Dr. Jenna will give a short intro to Mental Performance skills which help you to stabilize thoughts and emotions within competition and out of competition, leading to a more optimal performance and more optimal life! Then she will talk specifically on performance routines.

What is a performance routine? Performance routines are critical to any athlete who wants to stabilize their performance and have consistency. A good pre-performance routine includes both motor and mental skills that prime the body and brain prior to the pressure of performance. It is unique to you, your sport and your personality. Learn how to develop your own specialized performance routine to take your performance to the next level during this mental skills workshop.

We hope you’ll join us for this unique learning opportunity!

This workshop is open to all ages! To register please fill out the form below.
