An athlete must be able to withstand long distances of running while performing short bursts of maximum effort sprints as well as changes of direction.
SPEED and POWER are both functions of strength; the more force you can put into the ground (STRENGTH), the faster you will be able to move. This is particularly important in soccer, where athletes accelerate and decelerate often at full speed.
Liberty Performance Training will perform an evaluation and develop a customized plan based on weaknesses, experience level and age. Our extensive knowledge and experience with soccer-specific agility and footspeed drills will improve on-field performance.
