Liberty’s Independence Day Powerlifting Open

Welcome to Liberty’s FIRST EVER Powerlifting competition, powered by Elite Health and Performance! This unsanctioned contest promises CASH PRIZES to the Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female lifters based on DOTS score. We have some heavy hitting sponsors for this event including Elite Health and Performance offering recovery treatments all day, and REIGN Body Fuel offering free samples!

Sunday July 3, 2022. Rules meeting at 8:00am. Lifting starts at 9am.

Weigh-Ins:
Saturday July 2, 2022. Time:TBD.

Rules/Equipment:
We will follow lifting standards according to the USPA rulebook.

This will be a RAW only meet.
As this is an unsanctioned meet, we will not require singlets. The use of wrist wraps, knee sleeves, and a lifting belt are encouraged. The use of wrist straps, elbow sleeves, soft lifting belts, or any other supportive gear will not be allowed.
