“My time at Liberty has been invaluable! For years I have struggled to find what works for my body and lifestyle. I have been doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for around 13 years, and have always had a tough time finding the right balance with strength training and often times they have competed with one another. Inevitably I always have ended up with some kind of low back or other pain and ditched the strength training chalking it up as “heavy lifting just doesn’t work with jiu jitsu”. I’ve been working with Justin now for 4 months and haven’t felt this good in a long time. “Liberty Performance was an absolutely outstanding place to train. I traveled a lot for work and they were always extremely flexible with charging me/resigning me back up. I was never overcharged/hidden fees/etc.

The equipment was always open, as they have 4 deadlift platforms, numerous squat racks, and 2 powerlifting bench press platforms. Plus multiple other benches for busy times. Also their 24hr access was very convenient for me in the early morning.

I could not recommend LPT more. It is a gym for serious lifters, intermediates, and beginners. Everyone in between belongs to the gym and gets along very well. Unfortunately I am moving for work, otherwise it would be a lifelong gym! It will be sorely missed!”

“I turned 51 and wanted to start strength training at a local gym. When I googled strength training near me Liberty Performance Training popped up. After watching the videos and reading reviews done by members I decided to contact the gym
and signed up with a coach and paid for training which includes 24-7 access. Zac my coach set me up with an online protein tracker and guided me on protein intake. I am coached two hours a week. The coaching consists of strength training and conditioning, he has me do strongman events which breaks up the training and makes it fun. I started doing conditioning exclusively two days a week on top of my coaching. My job is a working contractor and after a few months I feel more energetic, less winded and sheets of plywood feel alot lighter. Liberty has a great spirit and the members are a dedicated group of lifters, willing to support and guide.”

“What can say about this gym? Short answer. Not enough. Long answer, keep reading.
I came to liberty 2 years ago, not sure what I wanted to do besides strongman. I had always lifted on my own in a backyard but as soon as I entered the doors I could feel the energy, it was electric. I was on my back to 400lbs body weight and was pretty self conscious about everything I did but with the help of the trainers and community I’ve kept the weight off and am sitting at 295. I wouldn’t have the confidence I have now if it wasn’t for this place and the people within. Attached are two photos. A year before Liberty and a few months ago when I deadlifted 500lbs for the first time; thanks to those in the gym for pushing me further than I thought I could go. “Couldn’t be happier to be a member of this gym. This is one of the most humble gyms I have been to and has a very welcoming community. Liberty has everything you need for any type of training, whether it be power lifting, strongman, Highland games, athletic performance, or general fitness. What sets Liberty apart from other gyms are the coaches and the programming. I came to Liberty specifically to train for the Highland games but was still recovering from injuries from my last gym. After working with Beau Crisp, we were able to get rid of my shoulder and elbow pain as well as improve my hip mobility. I can confidently say this is the most individualized program I have ever had and it is specifically tailored to me as an athlete. There is no “one size fits all” approach and he does not use a class as a filler to programming. Beau continually researches ways for me to improve my movements and adapts the program to what I need to be successful. He reviews the program with me and explains the what/why of what we are doing. I am grateful for the amount of preparation and effort he has put into my training for the games. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to train to check Liberty out.”
